Why can't I pick up the daily vet pledge?

✭✭✭✭✭a post last week or so ZOS commented that no one would be able to get it for one day and that it would be resolved the next....seems every now and then certain pledges are unavailable due to some bugs.
Thats is my take...I could be wrong
