Nb's have never sat there and blocked attacks, dodge roll is for all stamina builds not just nb also infinite dodge roll needed fixing anyway.
The rally is a weapon dmg skill, also as stamina skills cost nothing to cast 35% extra on a 30 second skill isn't exactly a nerf.
All your 'nerf's are all across the board changed and not nb specific.
The only change your nb is getting is losing 15% stamina regen for 15% magicka regen.
All you need to do is go vamp, stack a bit of magicka regen and use it to cloak, and you'll have your defence and you op skills will still work and no one will be able to hit you as you'll cloak every 3 seconds.

Why do I need to go vamp? Why should I have to . Everything listed are staple of stamblade builds . If you can't see the effect all of these combined changes have to stamina NBS I don't know what to say . Whether or not they are class skills are irrelevant they are bread and butter of stamblades so for anyone to profess NBS have been buffed across the board is just wrong . What over powered skills exactly? Have you played a stamblade ? Cloak every 3 seconds ? Clearly you haven't 3 cloaks I get from a full magika bar . So stack magika Regen is your answer and go vamp when I need stamina for my damage to scale ? I mean as a stamina dps I should kinda focus on increasing my stam pools and Regen. Regardless my main point is NBS haven't been buffed at all. Cloak was fixed and that's great for Magika builds but stam builds are coming out of this update alot weaker so this nb crusade people are on needs to stop. Got issues with Magic build NBS then stipulate that instead of spreading misinformation that Joe public takes as gospel .

As a stamina build stacking stamina isn't the asnwer the dmg, it's the fact you can stack weapon dmg far more than a magicka build can stack spell dmg.
Maybe you should go look how how to build a stam nb first?
FIne don't go vamp? I assumed you went ww for the regen so go vamp for the regen? My point is that with the new changes it's so easy to stack a bit of magicka regen so you can constantly cloak.
