Here's my build for IC (planned build).
Dps sorcerer
3 willpower (all jewellery of course)
5 overwhelming (all light)
1 heavy molag kena (helm or shoulders, whichever I get first)
1 torugs armor (helm or shoulders, and then either med/heavy. Whichever monster set isn't).
1 torugs 2h
Going to go with magicka recovery enchants for the jewelry and then all max magicka for the rest.
64 magicka stats
Basically, I am going full dps with reliance on my shields.
Skills:
Bar 1 (2h - strictly for so)
Hardened ward (must be up at all times)
Streak (stun morph, for attacking not running)
Mages wrath (execute)
Veracious curse or magicka detonation (burst dmg)
Crystal frag (burst dmg to pair with curse/det)
Meteor ultimate
Bar 2. (Resto)
Hardened ward
Ward ally (secondary sheild for myself and an ally if healing)
Healign springs
Mutagen
Encase or other CC ability.
Barrier ultimate
This set up should give great dps burst efficiency and still provide some survivability as long as you maintian your shields.

Rioht✭✭✭Swap torugs pact helm/shoulders for bloodspawns stamina regen and get 2x torug pact swords for increased overall spell damage ~

Yeah wasn't sure which would be better for overall sp though.
I know torugs took a nerf in 2piece sd, and that 2h provides more sd than DW now.

Drop the undaunted for 5 piece healers and Magnus over seducers for spell power. Consider trading a staff for dual wield torugs or willpower. Your heals will be so much stronger. I'm curious though, will a vr14 masters destro have more or less damage than a generic gold VR16 destro staff?0
