Song of Death continues after dying in Imperial City

I'm getting annoyed by this song. When dying in Imperial City and traveling to another location this song keeps going on, for example now in Grahtwood.
Even after UI refresh.

If I die and revive in IC itself and continue there, then this song ends.

    That happens to me before, it's not just in the imperial city and not a update 7 thing, been around Sence they have added the death music
