Telvar sacks

I heard in one of the ESO live episodes that the multiplier will apply to this quests rewards but so far i have open 2 sacks and the multiplier didn't count, if this is a bug i want the Telvar Stones that i didn't got from opening this sacks if this is intended then the only way for PVE players to get massive amounts of telvar is just gone.

Interesting. I remember hearing this told to us as well. If they multiplier is not working then we need an official explanation as to why.

I think you were mistaken. They said the stones from the quest rewards could contribute to the multiplier if you opened them; they never said they would benefit from the multiplier.
