Imperial City solo difficulty

Hello, can somebody give me an advice? Is the DLC made only for group play or do I suck really bad in playing it? I play eso solo as V7 templar and have absolutely no problems killing V7 mobs. but when I get to imperial city those V16 mobs are unbeatable to me. I have battle scaling ON and fully crafted epic/legendary V6-V7 equip. what am I doing wrong pls? Id really like to play this DLC but I cant get past a single room of mobs

Melky✭✭I forgot to add: it says DLC is from lvl 10 ..... so if I cant play it on V7 I cant imagine playing it on lvl 10. I must be doing something wrong there

✭✭It's very much geared to group play. You can solo some enemies, but the bosses you don't have a chance to solo.. especially the Horrors.Far too many characters to list any more.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭The only advise I can give is try to roll a sorcerer, if you're going to attempt to run the Imperial City solo. And or any other group-based content solo. Why? Because sorcerers have access to pets (Daedric Summoning skill line), which can be beneficial to you for playing solo (e.g. Clannfear can tank somewhat as the Twilight can act as either a healer or added DPS). And then just farm as many champion points as possible. Besides that, I don't know what else to tell you. Good luck regardless.0 -

Actually, I found my Templar the strongest when running around killing mobs.Unfortunate magicka warden main.

✭In Eso Live they did state the IC was scaled for 2 player content.
So yes...its aimed at 2 man groups which is why you are finding it twice as hard to kill the mobs.
I did actually ponder if this would lead to a Craglorn fiasco.
Content is still doable solo but it is much tougher.
The sewers are easier than above ground for me.
