Did the patch break submitting CS tickets?

OK, I just tried to submit a customer support ticket in-game and got this when I hit submit:

Well, I guess that's one way for ZOS to reduce the number of questions and complaints CS is receiving about collectibles...

Is anyone else getting this? @ZOS_GinaBruno is this a known bug? Or do you not know about it because the people trying to submit reports about it in-game are getting this error?

Furthermore, I consider that collectibles must be bankable.

    Lol...I'm mostly on PTS and Xbox one. Sent in a ticket on the web 5 days ago....haven't even gotten and email back so maybe they are updating their systems after the multiple server crashes

    Zos, is in damage controll at the moment and are not interested in anything the community has to say.

    That includes customer support inquiries.

    The only thing they are doing is removing posts and threads opposing the last patch.

    OK, and now I got a reply to a CS ticket I sent in-game on Tuesday. On Tuesday I had just submitted /feedback, got the "feedback successful" screen, and immediately sent a CS ticket in-game because when reading the "feedback successful" screen I noticed it said there would be no reply, and I should submit a CS ticket if I wanted a reply. So my CS ticket was basically just me saying "I want a reply on the /feedback I submitted 30 seconds ago.

    Today I got a reply from CS (after I first had to reply to the initial automated "we are experiencing high volumes, please check our knowledge base" reply, to say "no I want a real reply") saying this:
    Thank you for contacting me here at The Elder Scrolls Online : Tamriel Unlimited!

    I am very sorry but it would seem that we have not received a feedback ticket from you recently. Is it possible that you have sent it from another email address maybe?

    Have a great day and I look forward to hearing back from you!

    So even when you submit a ticket in-game and it tells you that it was successfully submitted, it doesn't actually go through? This is a serious problem! If your ticket submission system is broken, who knows what bugs and problems people are submitting tickets about? Who knows what ones are most common and should be prioritized? Who knows how many customers you're losing because they never got the reply that they asked for on their issue, because the ticket never got through!

    @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom this is a very major problem! If 2 of my own tickets (out of a total of 4 I believe, since the patch) can fail to go through, then how many tens of thousands of tickets are you guys simply not aware of, because you're not getting them?

    Mine hasn't worked since release on xbox. Never been able to submit a ticket. Same old"try again later" bs

    As is quite evident with the PTS feedback and changes made in the recent patch, it's pretty clear they're not listening anyway.
