I just opened up Expert Hunter so experimenting with stacking it with Reaper's Mark. Do they work together?

I have them #1 and #2 on my bar at the moment.

As far as I remember they don't share anything, ones a debuff an the other is a buff. Don't recall them sharing passives and they play nicely from all the time i've used both together.

He means the damage increase. And yes as long as they don't give you the same buff name they will stack. Although i would recommend Piercing mark personally. Longer duration is good for boss fights and it's a must have in pvp

Huge fan of reapers in my Pve world, it is an essential for all solo (tank or dps) trash & boss fights.
Along with Rally (yes very sadly dw & medium is useless as a solo in group delves or against bosses), it's solo'd me through a number of group delves.
However...I've been pierced in EVERY non Mage Pvp fight I've lost, so as a stamina NB it's a bane of Pvp when the opposition have this morph I do not, & I then can't cloak sucessfully whilst they can.

Expert is also on both my bars against all undead/daedra, and/or for all dw-medium skulking about, for the critical & buffs.

I solo'd my whole way from lvl 1 to Vet 14 as dw/bow medium armor stamina nightblade so it is not useless. I like Hunter but i use the Camo morph since i was already good at managing my stamina but i see the merits of it.

And Reapers Mark is not as useful as Piercing Mark when fighting bosses with no adds. Plus i did not find the 6 seconds of damage buff all that useful either as i kill things fast enough.

Damn. I did up to VR12 but died oh so often. I'm not familiar with Camo morph, I'll look it up, but I'm genuinely confused with piercing helping against bosses? Granted I've never morphed it, seems I should've perhaps...again I'll go read up on it.
I used reapers for the end kill big heal (which I usually needed), and the armour debuff, but until I went 2H to have rally & heavy I had no sustainability.
My medium dw bow dude kept getting slain too easily by bosses.
You must have technique I clearly do not. I dearly prefer medium dw bow but can't survive.

Edit: Ok, you're successfully attacking from stealth/cloak a lot I guess. I run out of magic after only 1-2 cloak & a reapers, & always need to keep magic for refreshing reapers (no other heals in dw), long before I can get enough damage done and chose the grind-them-after-initial-stealth battle plan instead...clearly how I lost so often.
Better resource management & an increase to dps early on in the battle required on my part...hmmm...
Most of my boss fights protract for a couple of minutes if my initial stealth & stamina doesn't kill them.

That's my story. I got Reaper's Mark for the heal because, usually, I needed it.

I'm currently running on my bow bar:
    Reaping Mark>Expert Hunter>Snipe>Venom Arrow>Aspect of Terror

I just set it up so testing at the moment. I hit RM and EH before Snipe. Once Snipe is away, I hit a quick VA.

If baddies get too close, I hit AoT and quick fire on them as they run away before switching to my DW bar to finish them off.
