Queued for ages to get into Azura, get in then Load Screen to get out of Sewers to actual City kicks

Queued for quite a while to get into Azura and got kicked when I left the Sewers to go into the City.
Worst part is now every time I get to the Log in Screen it just says something like "Announcements could not be retrieved" and doesn't let me log in at all.
Specs are
AMD FX 8370, 8 Core
GTX 980
16GB Ram
Windows 7
(Specs probably don't matter but oh well.)
Any help or anyone else with this issue letting me know they have it would make me feel better so I know it's not just me haha.
