Any news on when you will balance under performing passives first? Argonian swim speed, Breton 3% cost reduction and spell resist passives to name a few

They decided to postpone it by six months for each new thread that pops up about it.

They said they were going to implement race change when the races were balanced. Don't know if we're there yet.

Would like to see it soon too actually.

Name change would be pointless since only the pc player base can utilize it... Why develop a feature when only a third of the player base can potentially purchase it?

I'm all for name and appearance changing, but I'd hate to see a race change. Thankfully if they are only looking at doing it when the races are truly balanced we won't have to worry about seeing race changes in the store, ever.
