Losing 80% of stones to NPC??

I had an issue in the game where I got stuck in the environment in the sewers.

I logged out of the game..

when i logged back in, I was dead.

There were only NPCs fighting going on when I logged out. No other alliances in the area.

When I logged out I had about 68 Tel var stones.

When I logged back in, I was dead and had only 14.

That is much much more than a 10% loss to NPCs.

I should have only lost about 6 stones to NPC death.

Has any one else noticed this?

    You probably got killed by a stealther as your character was disconnecting from the server. Even though you log off your character appears there for a few before disappearing.

    I'd agree, if it wasn't for the fact I was in the training area and all other AD members confirmed there were no reds in there at the time.. there were 15 AD in there though.

    I think a player may have got a shot in on you before the NPC killed you

    Yeah it really does suck the way your character stays there in the pixel realms while you're not actually logged in. I wouldn't know the technical difficulties in coding when it comes to making disconnects instantly safe-mode your character, someway -- but it would be so nice to have an immunity bubble or something, if it detects that you're not actually playing.

    I'm not sure if it's the same reason here, but in other PvP MMO's I have played there was exactly the same situation, when asked about it the devs response was that the dely had been coded in to stop people abusing log out in pvp, ie fighting and hitting logout or crashing the client if it looks like they're about to lose.
