Mind Shriven Horse not been fed...too skinny?

Anyone else think the Mind Shriven Horse has been neglected and not been fed enough? It seems to look a bit skinny....
My Frost Mare mount I really like, it looks pretty big especially with a tall character...
But I am not sure about the Mind Shriven Horse, I like the skin a lot but it has such skinny legs and body...seems off scale or something, and it has flat bags...
Is the Mind Shriven Horse a time limited sale like the Frost Mare?

ViscousSummer88✭✭✭It is very skinny. However have any of you noticed a few imperfections with it yet?
If you look at the back of the saddle its floating off the horse.
If you have speed increased to see the visual bonus you'll notice on the back thighs it clips into the horse. You don't see this however if you have the bags visual.

You can turn off or pick and choose horse cosmetic upgrades now in gameplay settings...

I have had crowns on my account just sitting there taking dust since the B2P downfall - I mean "conversion". It reminds me of a darker version of the Ayleid doors. You know the ones with the trees on them?1 -
