Possible to buff vampire drain just slightly?

either re-apply the stamina gain into the new drain or just buff it up another 5% and it'll be equal to using blood carve and a pretty viable self heal

it's more of putting it inline with similar skills. it lacks damage and the heal barely works atm, the stun is semi handy since it disables you to.
