With New Rule Sets Which Campaign To Choose?

I personally think Chillrend sounds cool with only the scrolls counting (something like team ball) and only lasting 7 days. Should produce nice open field chase fights and keep assaults/defense without worrying about anything else on the map.
However this could produce lag sending everyone on the map to tiny points where scrolls are.

ZOS's BI unit will now conclude that people like all the rule sets, while the true reason is that everything is pop locked so people pick the first thing that is open to have a look at IC.

The main reason people likes Azura's was because there was always action somewhere close at hand. In IC with everyone crammed into a much smaller area you'd think this would encourage more people to spread out?
