Game crashing since I returned from vacation - error report included

Before I left for vacation in July, everything was great.

I came back last week, upgraded to Windows 10, and logged in to the game. About once every 2 days I was getting the error below. I chalked it up to my Windows 10 upgrade but the game was playable with the crash occurring once every 2-3 days.

Today, after the update, it is happening everytime I log in.. not right away, usually within 1-2 mins. This has happened five times in a row already. Is anyone else getting this? I don't have any problem logging in and I can move, do stuff for a few secs/minutes before this happens... see attached images please. I took multiple shots scrolling through the error, didn't know how to post it all at once.

Edit: BTW, running it as Administrator and also tried Windows 7 compatibility mode, still crashed.

Thank you for reporting this issue. We can provide some initial troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this resolved for you, but please be aware that you may need to contact our dedicated support team via https://help.elderscrollsonline.com for an agent to contact you one on one. If we need to take a deeper look into your system setup, your privacy and security are important and we do not want to have you post a dxdiag report or msinfo32 report here on the forums.

Game Consultant captures technical information that can be vital to troubleshooting hardware issues and generates a report. It is a specialized diagnostic tool designed to identify issues that may affect the play experience in The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. •Type msinfo32 in the Run box, and click OK
•While viewing the System Summary node, go to File and select Export
•Save the MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.txt on the desktop for easy access

Now that the report has been generated, it can be attached to help requests as needed. Please note that the file is very large, so it should not be copy/pasted into the contents of an e-mail.

How to run MSinfo32 on Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 10.

Yep, I've been having this exact same issue for months now, both on Windows 10 and Windows 7 and i can't pinpoint at all what is causing it all. My system is powerful, all drivers updated and working. Everything works except ESO.
I've tried reinstalling ESO completely, ran with ans without addons, ran in administraror mode and without, default settings - and nothing. Nothing helps, and OS is not the problem either because i have this same issue on both my OS. Maybe i have something wrong in my system configuration that doesn't agree with ESO, but even that has been defaulted to factory standards. And i know my system is fine as everything runs smooth and windows diagnostics indicate no errors or hardware faults on my end, it is just ESO.
    Sometimes, I dream about...cheese...
