Lost about 20-30 fps since patch, even outside the IC and often freezes on my loading screen

Basically, ever since I installed the patch this morning and started to play the first 2 loading screens I got ended up freezing and causing my game to crash. 1-2 minutes of loading, freeze, then crash. After trying for the third time I got in. I spawned at Arrius and already noticed my fps was about 20-30 fps lower than usual. I'm using v-sync and usually when I'm not in big battles I get 50-60 fps stable. Right now it's around 30 fps in the middle of nowhere.
So I finally reach the IC, I'm inside the sewers. What do I see? 30-40 fps whereas on the PTS I had stable 60. This is on the EP home baside inside the Imperial City. So, hmm, I thought there must be something wrong with my settings. I change it to medium/low settings... and guess what? Fps stays the exact same.
I join up with some of my guildies in the Elven Gardens district, fighing only a few NPCs and players and my fps is already at 20, it stayed like this for a while until we managed to get away from the clusterfuck and my fps constantly stayed at 20-40 fps.
We eventually went into the sewers near the DC home base and there is a medium sized EP group. My fps drops even more, around 10-20 fps. And eventually when I go back to the Elven Gardens district my fps dropped all the way to 1. One fps. Are you serious? Dear ZOS, maybe you should add more lighting patches to make the game look more pretty.
I updated my drivers, restarted my pc and there is nothing wrong with my addons or network, other games on my system run perfectly fine but this game is like a disease to my computer when it comes to performance.
Props to you ZOS, every patch you release brings the PvP deeper in the grave and to be quite frank I don't know why I'm still playing this.
The game ran fine yesterday but since the patch, it's unplayable.

Some of my friends can't even get into the game cause they are stuck in the loading screens.

Dreyloch✭✭✭✭✭This reminds me of last year when some patch went thru and we had 2 weeks worth of pretty much unplayable FPS lag. Not so much internet lag, just FPS crawling down to 3-4 frames whenever we came near another group of players."The fear of Death, is often worse than death itself"0 -
On every big patch we had same thing. All we got ever from ZOS in this phase is questions instead of answers. Same thing will happen now. Lot of those who dont get it will question your rig , your internet , your provider . In next 10-15 days ZOS will admit they have problem. and in 1 month from now that problem will be solved. Thats how it works.
Same provider, same rig all the same as yesterday but today i have in dungeons swings in fps ( all the way to zero) and ping 400+ . And yes i reseted router, i stripped of addons and all that stuff.0
