Why is it all the best ULTIMATE ABILITIES scale off from your Magicka? WTF are you thinking? This is straight up BS why does a Dawnbreaker for a VR2 hit harder than a VR10. You should make the all of the ULTIMATE ABILITIES scale off from their lvl not their magicka. This is killing off the Stamina builds..... And for that person that is going to comment on this saying just switch to Magicka I shouldn't have to just to use the damn ULTIMATE ABILITIES.

ummm you realize that all ultimates will scale of your highest resource ? whether it is magicka or stamina. This has been in live since a few patches ago, do a forum search and you will see1 -
