Can't teleport to cyridiil

I am now level 10 and have started a 5 day non-veteran campaign, however I cannot teleport to cyrodiil, my screen goes black, returning me to the title screen with a message saying please make sure you have a valid internet connection. This happens every time I try to tp to cyrodiil and I've tried 10+ times, please help.
