Should ZOS bring back Loyalty Pets?

I think ZOS should bring back the Loyalty Pet system.
I see no difference between paying a "required" subscription or paying an "optional" subscription.
In fact, paying an "optional" subscription should be rewarded even more than paying a "required" one.
Plus, console users never had a chance to get said pets.
And, seeing PC cross-overs with those pets is very disheartening for some of us.
(Yes, I am just jealous.

We've been rewarded for sticking with the game since the launch, we had to pay monthly and bear with the game that was basically still in development even as it was released. IMO Loyalty pets should stay as they are, and there might be different pets as a reward for optional subscription.Today we make our stand. You either pay, and get access. Or, you don't pay and get nothing.
There is no "loyalty" there...just buying a product.
I think somebody paying an optional price, just to support something, is much more "loyal".

I think loyalty rewards should be attainable after a certain time period. So PC guys might be getting a cat after a years sub, but console guys after a year might also earn that rank reward.
