As a V14 not gaining any xp toward v15

I am a v14 sorc. On 8/31 I entered IC and played for three hours killing other players, bosses and mobs. No xp gain what so ever. Today 9/1 I went into White Gold Tower. Killed a boss 156k and all his adds solo and did not get any gain in xp or loot. Many of my friends that were V14 gained v15 in a matter of minutes killing bosses. Something is wrong here and needs to be looked into. Did a repair and no change. With every update more problems and bugs.

✭If that's true, sending a ticket is urgently needed, man.
(edit: I remember one guy reporting not being able to get any XP after reaching certain level. I guess it was VR1 in his case, but that was few months ago.)
