Here is a link to by build.
I use this to heal daily dungeons and stuff. If you want to heal in trials its a completely different thing because I cant do DPS while healing.
This build is made for passive yet very good healing and doing as much dps as possible meanwhile (11-15k dps depending on group and boss). It is not very easy to play because you have to keep a lot few buffs up most important soul siphon that is the main heal of this build and you will have low life (mine is at 18k on my 1rst bar and 17k on my second) With the IC update im not shure how much I have to adapt but I think this build will more or less stay the same. You can always change rapid regen for repentance if your group needs more stamina which will be more of a problem in IC due to the block regen nerf. Also I dont think I will do as much DPS as before because of the radiant opression nerf. Maybe need to change skills there but then the build wont function in its current form. Finally I will cure my vampire because I dont have any benefit from the regen passive anymore.
How I play this build:
Put up channeled focus and rapid regen on the group then open the fight with soul syphon cast on the boss (recast every 16-18 seconds) followed by a light attack for ult regen and purifying light. Then swap to bar 1structured entropy > Meteor> blazing spear> radiant opression.
From now on you are like a 3rd DD who just interrupts his rotation for breath of life if someone drops or if you have to refresh the buffs.
Now to the gear:
I run max spelldmg and max magicka with 4x martial knowledge, 4x healer 3/4x torugs pact before IC patch. I dont know what gear setup I will be using when I hit v16 but most likely those sets that grant max spelldmg and max magicka too.
