[EP/NA] LF large dungeon running guild and end game content

I just started playing 4 days ago and have really enjoyed the game so far. I just can't seem to find groups to run dungeons. I have only managed to run 1 so far. It was a blast and it would be a real shame to miss out on all those experiences. I am 29, have a mic, play for hours each day, have 6 years MMO exp between WoW, Eve, and Rift. I am eager and willing to learn how to best help the guild. My end goal is primarily running end game content on a regular basis.
