Me and friends played for 2.5 hrs with a ping rate ranging from 10-999, but we all noticed no one after using their ultimate once, it never built back up. What happened? Aside from all the other nerfs, like bow knocks YOU back now, is this intentional?

Avonna✭✭✭bow has a morph that can shoot your target and yourself away from each other. magnum shot i think?
not sure about the ultimate....
