Appearance Change Vendor? Could this be added into the game?

First, I love my Main.
My Dunmer Vampire Nightblade performs exactly the way I need him to, and he's such a blast to run around this game with.
However, I made some mistakes at character creation with his appearance. There are many people in my same situation. There are also people who, as their character(s) grow, want to change their characters' appearances to reflect the journey's that they've had throughout the game.
In that spirit, I was wondering if there was enough support/desire to see a Vendor placed into the game that would let you change your character's appearance in exchange for Gold.
There doesn't even have to be a Vendor in each city. Maybe just the capital of each Alliance?
But I think that this is something that quite a large percentage of players would not only use, but would use frequently and welcome as adding depth into the game.

✭✭And just as an added thought to avoid confusion; this wouldn't in any way let a player change their character race, just their appearance.
I, for one, would rather not have to completely re-do my character just because I want to change his/her hair...
