Why are the server downloads ALWAYS so slow?

I'm not talking patch days. It can be off days. I download at 3MBs but on other game clients and Steam it's 30MBs... It's been this way a year later

Karamis_Vimardon✭✭✭✭Many things can affect download speeds, including but not limited to: Geographic location, route taken from A to B, available egress bandwidth at source, quality of cabling along route. From Sydney, Australia I get speeds of 80-90Mbps (10-11 Megabytes) when updating on a 100/40 Mbps link. Just the draw of the cards.
