    OH man...It did that on PTS when they 1st put out IC. That Suuucks! I hope they fix it quickly!

    That is what happens on console (ps4) as a space-holder until the textures load.

    It was mentioned in the PC patch notes.
    EQUALIZE ALL PLATFORMS!

    I don't care what platform it is on...an MMORPG without Text Chat is NOT an MMORPG!

    it is to let you know that there are people/mobs around you when you load in so you can at least escape the potential dangers upon logging in. It is supposed to happen :)

    This is actually a feature.
    And it's not the servers...it's waiting on your client to load textures.

    (Not saying you blamed it on that...but I'm sure the haters will come along and blame this on lag.)
