Yeah not seeing keeps or transit shrines in Cyrodiil.

You may simply need to just set your new campaign.0 -

sean.plackerb14_ESO✭✭✭✭I think its cause I was in Cyro before the patch. Im in Cyro right now with no campaign assigned to my char. Leaving cyro now, will post if that fixes it.
Update: that did not fix it. I left Cyro, picked a new campaign, re entered and shrines and keeps are still gone.

This is what a keep looks like, you can run through all of it, and the transitus shrines, and npc's at resources are completely gone.
