✭it is to let you know that there are people/mobs around you when you load in so you can at least escape the potential dangers upon logging in. It is supposed to happen

✭This is actually a feature.
And it's not the servers...it's waiting on your client to load textures.
(Not saying you blamed it on that...but I'm sure the haters will come along and blame this on lag.)0
