Will all pledge dungeons be updated to vr16 ?

From the patchnotes: 'Due to the Veteran Rank increase with this update, every dungeon will now scale to the maximum Veteran Rank - VR16'
So this means all end game dungeons will be available for vr16 now ? Even the non veteran versions of Banished Cells etc. ?
And does this mean, that all the sets that drops in non veteran dungeons are now available for V16 ?

I know all veteran (gold key) dungeons will be available for V16 now. Wasn't sure about the non-vet version though.

Someone who played more on the PTS than I did can hopefully provide a more definite answer, but I'm fairly certain that they all now scale as high as VR16, and all of the 2-piece monster sets do too.

I was on the pts and Veteran dungeons are v16 now. But I haven't tested non veteran dungeons.
The core question here is the gear question

if ALL gear that can be found in non veteran dungeons is now vr16

Except for Undaunted Monster sets the answer to your question about sets scaling is is no afaik.

There will be vr 15/16 gear dropping from bosses and mini bosses, but I think that's just decon stuff, no sets.

Edit: *no old sets. the new weapon sets might drop.

I just checked on pts. My character is V15 and so are the monsters in non vet spindleclutch. Seems like the dropped gear is v14

so dissapointing.

Does anyone know, if they've implemented our old sets into the drop list of monsters in Imperial city group dungeons ?
