Problems logging in?

Having problems: I am not able to log in.
Is it just me or are the servers clogged?

Error 201 is an erroneous error that always occurs on patch days. Close out the launcher repeatedly until you get the Play Option. That's all I ever need to do for it.

Could you please check out and try the troubleshooting steps in our Support knowledgebase for error 201?

(It is possible the login server is just congested, as you guessed.)

error is not with the launcher, it is with the log in screen

after login(user/pass) just infinite loading screen.

No error. Just infinite load.

I don't recall error 301 as it's not a common one for me. Hopefully @ZOS can help you out there. It sounds like your 201 error has been resolved.

Sounds like a time out issue. @ZOS is going to request you restart your modem/router anyway so you might as well start there if you haven't already.
