The G510 Logitech keyboard comes with buttons that you can make macros with but if they are using abilities faster then they should be then they are hacking and not exploiting.
Oh, and I dont use any macros for this game. I dont need to cuz all I play is PvE.

Well that is very interesting, mate, just what build and equipment are you using then, proof is now on your shoulders he he.
Here's hoping ZOS has enough video and complaints from people getting killed by these exploiting people.
I have been killed way to many time's in 1 second, only to look at the recap and see 5 hits from the same person using abilities that are timed at 1.3 seconds and even a Ultimate or 2. No one and I don't care how fast your fingers fly, can hit their keys that fast without using a macro.
So ZOS police and kick those offender's please, the game has enough cheaters as is.
Thank you.
just add a 1 sec GCD, easy fix

Stuff like this doesn't fix anything, it just weakens the combat. It Removes a lot of that dynamic feeling that has been pretty unique to ESO.
Things like having many skill choices and global cool-downs only encourage people to actually start using macros to deal with it instead.

A solution would be to lock yourself in the block animation for 1 second. Then they wouldn't have to mess with weaving just eliminate block cancelling.
