How are stam nbs getting nerfed

I didnt see any negatives in the notes except dodge rolling. Can someone explain

Also how bad was flying daggers nerfed?

    ap, mundus, several other bugs can't be abused anymore. That's the reason.

    Nightblade passive 30% stamina regen is being changed to 15% health/15% stamina/15% magicka.

    Stam NB will still be a good build, just not as good.

    They're not really getting nerfed. Stam regen is lower due to passive change and werewolf change, but regen enchants are stronger. Flying blade is more or less the same. Minor changes really..

    Stam class abilities are getting lowered so it probably all even in the end.

    Also fixing Ravager so that Caltrops doesn't count as "melee" attack anymore.

    Well not much of a nerf it's just magical NBs are gonna be the better build now....... of all classes...... Cause there the new OP meta ..... So have fun

    Hmm, is it viable to be a dual wield magical NB or do I have to go with staves?

    duel wield cause some odd reason they give more spell power than magical staffs that can summon fire balls with out catching the wooden staff on fire.

    There's also fairly limited magicka nb buffs, I'm not entirely sure why everyone is obsessed with them. They're also more or less the same, and i don't find myself dying to magicka NBs often. I think it has to do with dark cloak becoming slightly more useful? Again hardly a game changer. Mmo players are very fickle.

    Mostly Bug fixes, Alot of stuff that made stamina builds really powerful were bugs.

    They are still powerful ^_^

    If anything Stamina DK on the PTS is really powerful (Mainly because of CC bugs and making your enemy double CC break to waste stam) other than that stamina builds cant abuse that many broken mechanics anymore

    (Broken mechanics being 100% penetration, Nirn negating most magic damage and *certain* perma block builds not all)

    Those perma blocking fights were so long...

    I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

    RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

    pfft honestly, block should 'cancel' ANY other ability u try, and at same time, most abilities should be 'locked in' so that you cannot cast then block and benefit from both.

    Considering when 'casting' you must concentrate on what your doing, and when 'blocking' you have to pay attention to what your opponent is doing, the two should be inclusive.

    Double Take (Blur morph): You will now move as fast with Double Take while stealthed as you do when under the effects of Rapid Maneuver.
