It's in the patch notes 2.1 under changes to archery skill line

    i might just test this out and see.
    hehe, or not, im not so sure that anything can kill those god mode guards lol. but if we could shoot them with an arrow to the knee and they would immediatly lay on the ground and yell out "IM RETIRED NOW" that would be hallarious and awesome.

    Mostly what I caught in the patch notes is how new alchemy, woodworking, blacksmithing sets and glyphs can be crafted, but not by me because I don't pvp and don't wanna buy a DLC for it. Wont be able to make v15-16 gear either if deconstructing equipment from IC and Tel Var is the only method of obtaining the materials, and probably wont be able to obtain malachite fragments for that glass motif because the writs will probably require the new crafting materials..

    But my werewolves takes 15% less poison damage! :/

    There are PvE zones in the Imperial City and you can que for dungeons. You can get Tel Var stones in PvE zones and dungeons. Also if you make Haderus your home campaign you can have Access to the Imperial City anytime you w a nt, you faction does not have to control a certain number of keeps.
