I am slightly confused on how moves like blur and evasion work, it says dodge chance is increased by 20%, does this mean they have a 1/5 chance of missing you when hitting you?

Yes, it gives you a 20% chance to dodge, but I've always found the tooltip to be a bit confusing. It says it increases your dodge chance by 20%, but your base dodge chance is 0, so if you increase 0 by 20%, you still get 0.
They really need to just say "Grants a 20% chance to dodge all incoming attacks."
they both do the same thing...but isnt one magika based and the other stamina based? I have always taken Blur...but a cant remember why... (evasion is tied to med armor passives I believe)
I just recently found this out, but apparently the dodge chance also applies to heals. You will actually dodge heals that are cast on you. It's making me re-think tanking in Hist Bark. I haven't tested this for myself though...can anyone confirm if this is true?
Now the hard part, which would I pick, Blur or Evasion?
If your a Nightblade you should probably pick Blur. Then morph it to Double Take for faster movement speed, double take can be casted while stealth to get around faster. Don't forget you get more Critical for having an assassination ability slotted.
In my opinion, they really need to buff Evasion. The morph Elude is completely useless. I would suggest they give Evasion a Morph with Major Brutality to give player's more variety with weapon choice's. They could also revert the change's to Hidden Blade so we can have the 1.6 damage model back (1.7 is nerf'd since it got Major Brutality).

Definitely a very powerful skill. I would highly recommend using it, either one, Mirage/Blur if you're a NB. It's saved my 'butt' many of times and it's incredibly annoying to play against. I swear it has 100% dodge chance against Crystal Frags...
