Is anyone else experiencing these problems?
Basically every time I engage in combat in the last two days, many of my skills have slight delay.
It's most noticeable on BoL and shield charge.

Brian, your PTS server lags even with 10 solo players inside it. You don't even have to worry about meteor showers, people are scared to use any abilities with the amount of lag there already is in there.
