Sure would be nice to do PvP before vet 14.

It's seriously a waste of time to try and to PvP before vet 14, you just get one shotted by everyone. And it can be very painful to try and quest in Cyrodiil before vet 14, because you are bound to get ganked by some vet-14 douchnozzle and be forced to run across half the map just to complete/turn in your quest. Cyrodiil should have separate brackets for veteran ranks going from 1-4, 5-9, 10-13, and then a single one for vet 14.

✭✭✭Veteran characters will have the option to Battle Level to moderate v14 stats which will make it MUCH easier to pvp before V14.
