Request:see guild info before you join

I have been invited to a couple guilds lately and whiile most of them suit me well found it upsetting that you can't look at basic info of a guild you have been invited to until after you join it (or if the option is there it is VERY well hidden). One of them I saw the info after the fact and was like I would never have agreed to that and left. Please @ZOS hear my plea let us view guild motto's ect before we join to be better informed and not look like idiots when we leave a guild we don't agree with. having this will probably help old and new players alike

I agree that they should at least let you see the "About" tab to the guild. I mean as it stands right now you have to join it before you know anything about it.

Well, I think that's what the guild recruitment forums are for.

But yeah I kind of feel your pain as I've had to leave a few guilds because they didn't turn out to be what I wanted.

I think folks shouldn't start guilds unless they 110% intend to actively play the game and manage their guild. If they suddenly decide they don't want to play, maybe post a message and/or dissolve the guild so folks don't hang around wondering what's going on. Or at least pass the lead to a person willing to pick up the reins (don't just dump it on them).
Disabling the grass may improve performance.
