Is there any one who has access to your Facebook Account there? There are a lot of people complaining about not being able to connect over on your FB page and unfortunately a lot of them are too lazy to click on what other has posted for an answer as to what is going on.

Perhaps someone making an official announcement over there might calm things down a little.

for eso plus members, it is still a subscription.
for whatever reasons eso is down, compensation needs to be given to subscription users.
in this era where redundancy, high availability and business continuity are all viable solutions, this should not be happening.

likewise down for patching, crashes and what nots, the subs needs to be compensated, because they have paid for the service.

The server has been stranger than normal all week long, a constant lag when you loot or open containers, not bad just noticeable, guess this is what you get with product of the lowest bid..:)

actually no it doesn't. read your agreement, downtime for maintenance is built in. Stuff like this happens. If its down for days, then yes compensation is needed. But for outages of 24 hours or less... that's an inheirent risk in any online game. And I am a subscriber...

Ok, so the servers are down with no eta for them coming back up. I'm over it already. It's a MMO...what do you expect? Downtime happen. Gave me an excuse to sign up the forum.

Oh giveover - Zenimax probably has insurance to cover outage that affects their business. Stop making out that they are some hapless little victim here. They can give subscribers an extra day and claim it against either their insurance or against the network with the problem's insurance.
