The Elder Sages' Guild (TESG) was founded August 31, 2013 as one of the first permanent player-guilds during ESO Closed Beta under NDA. The founding, held with members in attendance on TeamSpeak, was in the opening cell of the Ebonheart Pact instance of The Wailing Prison. TESG will commemorate that event by celebrating a Second Birthday Bash the weekend of August 29th and 30th. (August 31st is a Monday this year.)

Invitation to all: Join with us for our Second Birthday Bash. We will reprise the original venue, EP: The Wailing Prison. Everyone is welcome.


While TESG is open to any Alliance, since our initial "test guild" was created in Ebonheart Pact to which members were first assigned in Closed Beta, we will revisit EP for this event.

Create a new Ebonheart Pact character, of any race or class. TESG Members are invited to join in during Character Creation on TeamSpeak. Members please R.S.V.P. on our Guild Events Calendar to ensure we have provisioned sufficient TS3 seats. Visitors can RSVP by replying this this thread.

New character creations starts everyone on the same level. This places all participants on "new player" Soul Shriven footing, just as guild members were on August 31st, 2013.

• TESG Members login in to TeamSpeak during NA Login and new character creation.

• Arm yourself with whatever weapons and armor are available and suitable for your toon.
• Gather such materials as you encounter.

• Enjoy re-experiencing The Wailing Prison as a virtual "newbie" and explore the revised Tutorial for this scenario together.

For last year's First Birthday Bash our friend-guild Elder Moot joined in, and a great time was had by all. This year promises to be even better. All Wandering Sages (members of TESG friend-guilds) are especially invited.



After we ascend through the Rift and arrive in the first city (usually Davon's Watch), attendees can continue with us, form ad-hoc pick-up groups, or switch to your preferred Alliance and character to game on. Let's make this year's Birthday Party bigger and better than 2014!
