Can't get certified in clothing, blacksmithing, or woodworking

Early in the game i was clueless and didn't see the value in certification. I started those quests but abandoned them after i had moved out of stonefalls. I've since learned the value and completed the certifications for alchemy, provisioning, and enchanting in Daggerfall at VR1. I want to go back and do the other three but can't seem to. I've gone back to davon's watch and the quest givers talk about certification but don't give me the quests. Am i screwed? Is there somewhere else i need to go to start this? Thanks.

Are you going to the right person for the crafting certifications? As in, not the same person who does the consumables certifications? Dumb question, I know, but I figured I'd ask.

Another dumb question, but want to make sure - you've actually abandoned those quests and they aren't still in your quest list?

The equipment certifier in Davon's Watch is located in the Fighter's Guild.

Yeah I abandoned them I went back to the fighters guild in davons watch. The person says they can certify me but then it gives no conversation options except for goodbye.

I honestly have no idea. I'm in AD, so I can't give you specific information. I searched around and saw someone mention they had a problem with Millenith giving the quest after they closed out of the conversation on accident or something, but there was no answers to give a solution. I think your best bet is to report it as a bug and wait. Which is really unfortunate, but what can you do at this point? Hopefully someone else has a better answer for you.
