Sounds like you should bring along a friend (or 11).

Strats:

1. Get on horse and run to bridge.
2. Wait for guy that forgot to feed his horse.
3. Wait for guy that died jumping off cliff for the "short cut"
4. Wait for guy that DC'ed opening main door.
5. Move in and AOE trash.
6. Kill Boss, Dont stand in red.
7. Split sides, AOE, Kill Bosses, Dont stand in red.
8. Regroup, Drop 12 ultimates on last adds before door, hope game doesnt freeze.
9. Go through door.
10. Wait for 1-3 players to run back from beginning that got DC'ed running through door.
11. Break statues, ensuing panic in a first timer.
12. Stack, Kill boss, Block red stuff, Yell at guy that synergized "destructive outbreak" wiping half the raid, regroup drop Lots of ultimates on gargoyles.
13. Dance on remains of the Warrior.
