PS4 trophies for pc transfers

I was scrolling through my trophies and I noticed that there are a bunch that I don't have but I have achieved in the game. As a pc transfer I have a vet14 crafter that has all of the motifs and is a werewolf but I do not have these trophies on the ps4. Now the werewolf one is no big deal, I can cure myself and have a friend re bite me. The motifs one however is not possible to obtain because I can't relearn the motifs. So the only way to get this trophy would be to create a character and spend thousands of gold on buying the motifs. This seems highly unfair to the pc transfers.
Is this the way it's supposed to be?

myrrrorb14_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Yep, I was disappointed too. The consoles only track achievements as they are earned for some reason that I assume is related to the platform itself and how they do their achievements.0 -

It is a PSN Microsoft thing.

On a side note with about 2000 trophies I had never gotten an ultra rare 0.1% trophy. In eso I have 3!0 -

Thats because no one gives a crap about doing anything meaningful in this game so it really isn't much of an accomplishment. Just finishing the main story in craglorn is a 0.01 which is pathetic.
