Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if there has been any talk on the possibility of account transfer/copy between PC and Console again? I was unfortunately unable to do the original transfer even though I qualified for it and would like to take my toons and copy them to the PS4 to play with a lot of friends who did not play on PC. It is just a general inquiry and I feel it could be a lucrative if this was something that was allowed and was charged for. I would take advantage of it. Anyone else?

Lenikus✭✭✭✭✭PC to Console A or Console B and Console B to Console A or PC or Console A to Console B or PC transfers will definetely be on the crown store, at some point, likely per character.
However, it's not very clever of Zeni to do so this early in Consoles, given their new economy and still newbie PvP campaings. Once Consoles be like, 6 months ~1 yr old, we can have this chat again ;3... Mai cave. >:31 -
Only way pc transfers should happen is if all champion points are erased and your not allowed to bring any money or items except the armor you are wearing. All your banks are wiped clean. Why zos didn't do this in the first place is beyond me.5

✭Hopefully not. I don't think players should have been able to do it the first time around. Let alone copy their character, rather than transfer it, deleting it on the PC side by moving it to console.1 -

No I blame cheap tactics learn from players in general. I see plenty of console players ruining the economy and pvp as well. Not necessary pc transfers fault because they could of easily learn the exploits from these forums and implement them in game.3 -

They should have only allowed characters and a limited equipped inventory to transfer.
No the gold and stacks of salable materials that screwwed the economy.
I want you to play of course but there still has been no punishment for people who duped their guilds inventory and brought it here.
Who's to say clever guilds wouldn't continue to mule items over to keep the control they are finally starting to lose.2 -

Transferring max level characters with crap tons of champion points and lots of gold to a fresh console server with no economy yet and no gold yet and no champion points yet...

Not all PC transfers are jerks. As a matter of fact most seem to be super helpful and nice players.
Its the few jerk guilds or players that have acted in such bad faith that the community quickly soured against the idea.
It should be allowed at all times with the caveat that only a few equipped items transfer or their bank on the PC gets wiped when they transfer.3 -

Yes it is, if I go buy a New pc copy I expect to go into a lions den, when I buy a new console version......on the first day of launch I expect everybody to start even.3 -
If I buy a game that's on a platform that's been out for a year or more I expect what we got. A game on a console that does not share pc servers is New for us, and shouldn't come with players that have millions on there account.3
