While I can't go check myself. I actually doubt you would see two Bots working together. I could be wrong. But try interacting with them.
Two ppl generally join together in a grind for better xp. This is something a Bot doesn't care about, I wouldnt think because it's about the time spent doing whatever it is,and needs to be simpler. Two Bots working together would take a lot of effort to make work,...I think?

Yes, you will see multiple bots running together. It reduces the chance that a bot will get killed and have to come in from a wayshrine. They are running these things 24 hours per day over consecutive days. A little thing like reduced XP from too many characters is not a big issue.

All of the bots are running the same script, so even when the get apart, or have to stop and unload inventory somewhere, they will sync up again.

Well I stand corrected. But are the two Bots two separate Bots doing the same thing? Or scripted to help each other?

Both. They are independently scripted (I assume), but they will take part in any combat at the nodes that they stop at. That includes players (non-bots) that happen to be in the area fighting their intended targets. They will also run over and attempt to loot bodies, even if they have not participated in killing them (and have no loot for that character). The bots show no signs of intelligence.

Edit: Note that this comes from watching and observing their behavior. I don't actually have any practical experience with the software they are using.

If you come upon a suspected bot, use the rapid maneuver skill on them. It mess up their rotation and they can stuck in weird places.
