It's not F2P, 2 months ago I gave them $60 along with at least another million console players...they still haven't put those millions to good use and are actually laying off employees instead.Tommy_valkyria wrote: »other non-free-riders can strike your argument down.

Bethesda games aren't a buggy mess upon delivery and by the time it's repackaged into a game of the year addition, bug fixes all around.

Labor isn't free. Sub so they CAN fix it.
Now try to argue the point so me and the other non-free-riders can strike your argument down.

For those on console, you do realize Sony and Microsoft both charge developers to patch their games? Developers are allowed one free update every 6 months, anything more and they are charged a large fee. There's no mention yet what they charge for the new console updates but I know on Xbox 360 developers were charged $40,000 for title updates.

I don't know how realistic the "let's throw money at people and hope they do what I want them to do with it" plan is.
You've made an assumption that if there is a surge in subscriptions that they will allocate or hire more staff for ESO. There is a corporation involved that could make a business decision to award larger bonuses to management, give dividends, sit on the money, pay down corporate debt, make infrastructure improvements, or divert the funds to another product.

So you're mad because people decided they prefer to not pay a monthly fee for a game they don't think is worth it?
Yeah, but if you find that the chair starts to crack upon use you'd be taking it back for a replacement / refund.Tommy_valkyria wrote: »If I buy a lawn chair, is home depot going to give me another one, and a table? No. They wont. More money for more work, period.

You sure as *** wouldn't be buying more of the same chairs hoping that home depot would take that money and address the cracking issue.
And odds are pretty good that you wouldn't be forking out more money for a table of the same "quality".
Or maybe you would actually throw more money at them....because that seems to be what your advocating with your sub up or shut up attitude.

A chair or any material possesion will age and become damaged, so your euphomism is poor.
Allow me to try again. If I pay someone to paint the door on my truck, will he paint the hood and tail gate for free? Negative.
