Option to disable siege animations.

Love an option to disable siege animations and to tone down some of the more flashy skill animations and just have it at the minimum which is just the red circle.

What ever zos did at the last ps4 maintenance has completely wrecked my game, the lag is now unbearable and the game is pretty much unplayable, everything was fine until zos someone messed up a 'maintenance'.

Now every time i'm by a keep under siege i lag out or the game is so laggy, i can't use skills or switch weapons (if i do manage too it's 5 seconds after i pressed the button).

Same with trials every time i try and attempt to do a trial i lag so much it's impossible to do, so i can't so end game pve or end game pvp, been this way for a few days now. I can't do anything?

An option to tone down those unnecessary big and colourful animations would be great, then i may actually be able to play the game.

Though i am going to turn off my subscription, not paying for a game i can't play ^^

Have you tried turning down the particles and shadows in settings?
Also a Repair from the launcher can sometimes help things out.

Just a couple suggestions.

Welcome to the PC Version of PVP. This has been a daily occurrence for us for over a year.....

ever think it may be your network. Ik there is lag in cyrodiil but sometimes when im laggy in there what I do is a reset of router and my console I do a hard restart and turn back on and its just fine afterwards

Really? Consoles don't have any graphics settings at all?

ever think it may be your network. Ik there is lag in cyrodiil but sometimes when im laggy in there what I do is a reset of router and my console I do a hard restart and turn back on and its just fine afterwards

Every other game works fine, this game was fine until that maintainance, of course i've already reset my net and stuff first ^^

that's because its a common problem from a networking point of view step 1 see if it is connected , of course if it is on, if so turn it off and then back on then some more steps afterwards if those don't help. simply resetting a router will boost the signal strength. I know it did in my case

see it was worth thinking about ik when it happened to me that's what I did haha

see it was worth thinking about ik when it happened to me that's what I did haha

I'm glad that worked for you but for a lot of us that isn't an option. Most of the time my ping is around 120 for Cyrodil, and that's running with a raid of 50-70. When we hit another raid of similar size, ping shoots through the roof. Spells won't cast and people rubber band like were all on bungy cords. Resetting my modem/router for that isn't going to do a thing because the next time we run into that same sized raid, it all happens again. The fact remains that this game was advertised for large PVP battles and just cannot handle it with the current coding. Hopefully the LOS changes are going to fix that. If they don't, people will just quit the game because it cannot do what was advertised.

oh no don't get me wrong I agree the lag is real and sucks like you said just as for me I know If I reset it works for me but that's me and not everyone idk y exactly haha.
