I've seen a few Redgaurd npc characters rocking a turban, I'm guessing this isn't something a player can get?

Yeah I've been on that website, a lot of the pictures/styles are out of date now.

Try crafting the light armor helmet. It sort of looks like a turban.

It's either the Light or Medium Redguard Hat/Helmet

There is an option in the hairstyle for redguards that looks kind of like a turban. Or maybe it's a due rag...
