Power Overload is a 6% increase in damage.@Ezareth did I miss something with Overload? I pulled this comment from your youtube video
"I run Power Overload which increases the Overload Damage (although now sadly only for 6% instead of 15% that it used to be). The magic return on overload light attacks is really immaterial. I have considered however switching some enchants over from Magicka to Health (actually this is easier to do with Attributes instead of enchants since Kutas are going for 5K/each). I'll need to calculate the loss of damage for the increase in survivability."
I just noticed on the tooltip for Power Overload all it says is increased range and radius for Heavy attacks. Both Power and Energy Overload still say 3% increase to dmg. Is the tooltip incorrect?

The increase is when you fully level the skill. It starts at 3%.Cinnamon_Spider wrote: »Power Overload is a 6% increase in damage.@Ezareth did I miss something with Overload? I pulled this comment from your youtube video

Well then the tooltip is incorrect
this forum section is nothing but sorc/NB videos , where we,re all to look at how good they are at wading through multiple players... but we,re absolutely not to form the opinion that sorcs are in any way too strong or nb burst is a bit severe..

@Ezareth Great video!! How do you like your NB compared to your Sorc?? I just picked up the game for Xbox1 and can't decide which one to play!

By comparison in 1.5 I had 104 magicka regen and 2409 magicka which is 4%. 3K out of 28K is over 2 and a half times that...but nerf Bolt Escape right? /smh
@Ezareth Thanks for the tips!! Which class do you think is strongest with a skilled player and lots of CP invested? I definitely want to pick something and perfect it!
Also, is Dunmer that much worse for Sorc than Altmer??

I'm on Ps4 kind of running a same build, its for sure a good build, only trouble I have atm are managing CCs without running out of stam so quick, where did you get all of that stam regen, sorry if its a nub question, I'm a new V14 haha.
All good Ezareth!
Your videos are more entertaining than any other
eso youtube video.
The only thing that made me sad on this day was
when you mentioned that you dont know how much
longer you can play the game.
I only saw you once in Cyrodiil since day 1 til now.
And I hope to see you again.
But whatever your reason is, I hope you can
find a reason to stay. You are by far the 2nd best PVPer
for me. You are a Legendary Sorc that portrays a perfect
Sorcerer gameplay, and I must say that you are the best
ESO Sorcerer of All Time.
Please dont tell me you can no longer play because of old
age, coz it will make you 100x better when youre at 20's.
If you leave, it will be a great loss for ESO.
Hi Ezareth,
Thanks for the cool video and build.
This is a very powerful build, however bolt escape and arch Mage set will be nerf in the next IC update.
Do you think this build still viable in IC? What gear do you think is better to replace arch mage?

@vichoi
A lot is changing next patch and all of the information isn't available yet to make informed decisions. Archmage is definitely going to be worthless come 2.1 so my gearing is no longer going to be viable in that respect.
I may end up running my sorc in medium armor, I'm not sure yet as I still need to test.
At this point the primary concern for a sorc is going to be having enough stamina to prevent stamina drain from eliminating the ability to break free. A lot of the top end stamina multipliers have changed and werewolf will no longer provide the Stamina bonus so taking care of that issue will be my first order of importance. Beyond that there are a couple of sets that I have my eye on and want to test out first. Stay tuned ( =
