Getting sick now of constant action lags/bugs whatever, it's a joke now for me it's in effect about 80% of the time I spend online
Your at such a huge dissadvantage because it takes like 5 seconds 2 use a single ability in combat.
Pleaseeeee fix I beg of you.

Probably your internet connection.

I rarely deal with lag unless there is a giant number of players in one congested area

It has been lagging since patch 1.6/1.7 when they added security systems to stop bots and lighting & animations.
I wouldn't plan on lagging to end anytime soon.

Its likely your internet as imp said. Have you done a speed test or tracert or ping?

I get this too,since that patch.And it isnt my connection either. It happens at the worst moments too.Right in a fight among things.

I had some serious lag in PvE yesterday. My connection outside of eso was totally fine, but it was lagging hard in game. Then I went to hand a quest in and everything just stopped - I could move around but not interact. Closed the game, re-opened and had to redo the quest. ffs
Fortunately this is pretty rare, but seems to happen from time to time.

They did maintainance on ps4 last week and ever since then the lag has gotten so bad for me when i'm by a siege during i siege i lag out, i can't do trials or such anymore and i'm down to relying on small or solo fights between keeps.

Cyrodiil lag has been with us from the very start, the problem is that people still find it amusing to run around in zergs for some strange reason.

Unless restarting your router would disconnect the hordes I can guarantee you that there's nothing you can do on your end besides changing campaign or getting away from the heavily populated sub zones.

If your problem is strictly within PVE areas then there might be an issue with your connection, however I'm guessing it's not.

Except in cyro and while im sharing my bandwith with torrent i have no lag problems whatsoever so if you dont do any of this the problem is from your side, not ZoS and i doubt they'll come to your house to fix your computer. Im sorry

No server maintenance yesterday, SO was a bug ridden mess last night for our entire raid...I was lagging all night.....server crashes today.....

Please tell me again about how it's our connections?...

Sorry to hear about all these problems, I do not experience such things. I do hope they fix such things, the bigger the player base the better
