i been doing this for past few days. best way is to hit the caves/Dungons and deconstruct EVERYTHING not in a set. I sell set items on guild store or use for researching.
anything with out any value trash as it will only give you very very little XP. i was doing writ but found them to be nice but not worth the work and items for the reward (for gaining XP). i will get back to doing writs once i reach 50 for all.
